The property’s location near downtown Ocho Rios made it easy to explore local shops and restaurants. I loved the ocean view from the room, it was truly picturesque. The lady at the breakfast area stood out, always helpful and eager to assist. Unfortunately, on arrival, the refrigerator in my room wasn’t working, which was disappointing in the heat. The shower had inconsistent temperatures, which led to quite a few cold wakes-up calls. I noticed several outdated furniture pieces, and the towels provided were old and discolored. Additionally, the breakfast selection was limited and repetitive unless I paid extra for something more local. A few minor repairs around the property would really enhance the experience. Despite its flaws, the welcoming attitude of some staff did brighten my stay.

Try to communicate any requests clearly upon arrival, as management may change their decisions unexpectedly.

The bathroom had significant rust stains around the toilet and a shower head clogged with mineral buildup, resulting in weak water pressure. Food service was painfully slow, with long waits for meals and limited menu options available during the stay. Parking availability was a hassle, often nonexistent during busy times.

Just an ideal choice for a quick trip in Ocho Rios with fantastic value. The shower took about 10 minutes to get hot but the water pressure was great. Make sure to check if your room has air conditioning.

The dining options were impressive, especially the fresh local dishes, which catered wonderfully to my vegetarian and vegan preferences. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay.

The view from my room was picturesque, exactly as requested. The chefs, Marcel and Anthony, surprised me with their Jamaica style breakfast, it was cooked to perfection.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but still acceptable for what I experienced.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff helped me return my forgotten hairbrush. I recommend trying the local dishes cooked to perfection. I'm coming back for a weekend.

Just a good pick for a brief stopover in Ocho Rios with excellent value for money. The receptionist was friendly and helped me get extra towels without any fuss. Make sure to ask for a room with a working air conditioner.
